Hi,
I am planning to buy a flat from the builder and as the time of verification lawyer found that the previous owners of the land violated the Sections 79A and 79B of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act.
The land is already converted to the residential property by previous owners and they have the conversion certificate from the AC.
I verified the documents from the two lawyer. One saying do not go for it as violated the rules. Second one telling to go ahead as the property already converted to residential land and having the Katha B. I got confused.
Please do suggest that whether i need to go for this peopery or not? This vialation is still valid? Do govt take any action on that? What all document need to have to make sure it's not violating the rule?
