Dear Sir, Ii Booked my flat in badlapur and duly registered in Nov-2011 almost all installment paid near about 90 % except final one. In my sale agreement which was ragistered , date of allotment is given Feb-2012 Builder giving me possession of flat in May-2012 now he asking for Service tax @12.36% is it Correct or not because my sale Agreement was made in Previous financial year so it should be @10.30% please guide me to come out with this problem. If there is any circular regarding this please tell me
