hello i am from nagpur as i want to purchase residential plot 1500 sqft at
oppsite to cotton resech centre it come under persodi(very near to NH 7) but plot holder have only only NA, paper,
so plz guide me shall i buy it and make all legal doucenments or what doucements should i need to buy this plot.
does it is safe to buy how to insure that plot is not under MIHAN project or any other
as my broker say the area is in yellow belt so plz give me details on this issue
