Pls. help me.
Our company has wish to develop the N.A. land in maharashtra.
How I calsulate the amt. of stamp duty and regn. charges in respect of the same.
I have already visited the local DDR office but they themselves are not confirmed about the matter.
Is there any amendment introduced in Bombay Stamp Act relating to the development agreement?
I've search it, but doesn't able to find it.
Pls. guide me.
It's urgent.
