I have purchased one flat at Dhayari area which is under Pune (PMC limits). Agreement is registered in month July2011, at the time of agreement registration I have paid stamp duty as per the rule.
Now my flat is ready for possession; and my builder is processing for apartment deal, but he said you have to pay remaining amount of stamp duty as per new rule to process your apartment deal; he also said government officers at registar office never process without stamp of remaining amount. my flat possession is on hold because of apartment deal. So I just wanted to know is revised stamp duty applicable in my case?
Please guide me.
