SUGGESTION REQUIRED

Sir,

I have been helping a person free of cost, since 4 years. In persuance of his work I have done a lot of labour and at the last resorting to RTI we succceeded. Now the department requires succession certificate for the payment of Rs 980242/-. The man is not in position of bearing the expences of litigation and even the required court fee, Which has to be bored by me.

Frankly speaking I think I should be rewarded for this help. I am facing such type of dealing first time. Sir, What amount should I charge from him ?.

He is unable to pay me, before the payment. Whether I must take a promisory note for this amount ? If Yes please can any body provide me the proper language.

                                                                                                        Thanks in advance.

Yes you can take a promissory note from the client or you can create a hand loan chit.
