supreme court ruling

Learnt in the recent newspaper that there was a supreme court ruling in April last year in favour of landlords who require the property for bonafide reason. Can you please provide us the exact ruling

I don't know which case you are exactly referring to.

 

Here is a case below (latest ruling) where supreme court has passed orders of eviction in favour of the landlord for reasons for bonafide requirement.

 

 Uday Shankar Upadhayay Vs Naveen Maheswari  (2010) 1 SCC 503
