TOWN PLANNING ACT

Respected Sir's

                                 In the year 1987 one partnership firm JANAPRIYA ASSOCIATES is purchased to an extent of Ac.1.50 Cents.  in this they developed the 55 shops in that land and town planning, Hyderabad is also approved lay out under 39/87.  After that all 55 shops are sold away to the individuals and the partnership firm is also dissolutioned.  one private limited company purchased 52 shops from individuals in that 55 shops.  Three shops owner refused to sale the shops to the private limited company.  After that we submit our building approval to Municipal Corporation, they approved the plan.  Three shops owner filed writ petition before High Court saying that they changed internal roads from 33 fts to 20 fts and cacel the said buidling approval.  In this situation what would be happen.

is court can cancel the building approval or not.

Please give me any judgement in favour of private limited company.
