My husband has a sister. He and his father have decided to buy a resale house on joint name. They both have mutually agreed that after father in laws' and mother in law's death , the father's share will get entirely transferred to my husband and he will become sole owner of the house. They want to exercise this decision on a legal document . How can this be worked out ? If will is an option, do we need to get an NOC from his sister too ?
