We are two brother and two sister all are married, we have SAR property in santacruz east completed 10 years. Society have received share certificater on the name of my Fater and he is no more. my brother is residing in that flat with his familly along with my mother.
My quesion is, how we can get transfer the property on our name (my mother, Brother and sisters)
