Hi,
the developer built 4 semi independent houses in 2 plots. I am interesting in buying 1 of the 4 houses. He has not divided the plot into 4 division. Instead of that developer said that only the UDS will be registered.I am not sure if this is fully legal or not.
Can some one tell me whether it will create any problem in the future .
