I was planning to sell my agrl land. Purchaser has given only 50000/- for total sale value of 7,50,000/- (7.5 lacs) as mentioned in the agreement. It is valid for only 3 months. After 20 months of sale agreement date purchaser file civil asking to register the land at the same price. Please provide discharge petition points. Also let me know when the agreement is invalid and expired how civil court accepted to admit the case. Please provide your valuable inputs to proceed furthur.
