Hi,
I have purchased a flat under Land Owners Share in bangalore, I have to pay the flat cost to Land owner and others (Deposits/VAT/..) to the builder. I came to know from one of my friend that there will be no VAT charges to be paid to the builder and if there is a VAT certificate of the Land Owner then only we have to pay the VAT to the Land Owner.
Please advice
