I am new to this forum.
I have a query on Vendor management & Facility Mgmt. How to perform these operations in a large IT company ?
I have an experience in handling a smaller IT company.
What kind of knowledge we should have. Does it require particular Degree or prior experience with graduation is enough?
Please suggest.
