I am in midst of selling a property. I received some advance.
The Agreement for Assignment/Transfer/Sale says
"the purchasers shall pay the vendor balance consideration of Rs. ___xyz__ at the time of registration of final Deed of Transfer/Assignment after sanctioning the loan from any bank/financial institution on or before 15the july 2012"
Today is 28 July 2012 and still no word from purchaser. The Agreement does not specify what action I can take if the payment is not made in time. What should be my course of action?
