since last 1 year i am not allowed to meet my son by my in-laws they are now allowing me to meet and also. Can i take a court permission only to meet my son for this reason from family court or i have to file seprate case. Please suggest.
1 more question 10 days back when i was at home alone my wife came with her brother and father and started beating me and abusing me when i went to police for launching fir they refused saying its family matter we cant write the complaint. Please suggest is this true police dont write complain for family matter and if they dont write what action should be taken.
