We have files a suit against our Builder who is building an additional building in the complex. Since its vacation time the courts have not passed any order yet. The builder has taken advantage of the situation & the work is in progress most ofther till 9-10 PM. Is there any way we can prevent him from working after 6:00 PM.
Is there any limit according to law on the working hours at a construction site ?
