We are looking for purchase of a flat with a local builder in south chennai. While going through the documents, it is found that there is a wrong mention of survey no by the party who has sold the land to the builder. This came to his notice once he had filed for patta. Later he has sought for rectification deed which is executed by the seller of this property.
But this rectification deed is executed through power of attorney as the owners are NRI.
Will there be an issue later because of this ? However this property is legally cleared by all major banks.
