Hi Experts..

One court never summoned a women accused in its summoning orders, but complainant smartly got issued summons to that lady by managing court, after ward NBW were issued and she arrested and detained for 6 hour, released on bail and accepted her bail bonds by same court without looking into its summoning orders. 

Now that women right to file complaint against complainant, judge, u/s 341, 500, 354A, 352 of IPC

Is it ok, or some thing else also can be done ?
