498a convicted case query

After fighting for justice from last 4+ years, we (i.e, complainant, girl side) won 498A case in lower court. Accused family is convicted in lower court with 1 year sentence of rigorous imprisonment under section 498A and 1 year sentence of rigorous imprisonment under section 506, both sentences run concurrently.

Accuced appealed in district court and this appeal case is going on..

We want to ensure that accused sentencing should continue as lower court and want to win this appeal case again in district court also.

I heard they will not get bail easily if they are again convicted in district court and they will be put in central jail for some more days/weeks till high court gives bail.

What is the procedure in district court for this 498A appeal case ?

We heard that sentencing will generally continue (or) max reduce some months in higher courts (District, High Court, Supreme court).

In this case, There are high chances that All accused sentencing will continue as all accused (SADISTS, MENTAL PSYCHOS) are still harassing the girl in various ways from last 4+ years..

Can anyone share their opinions (or) experiences in this will be greatly appreciated...
