If there was no fraud or no fraud were detected how can an auditor be responsible for your imginary allegations.

If you have any proofs to prove the misappropriation or embezzlement etc., which has been intentionally ommitted by internal audtiros then you can report this matter and get the auditors removed for their lapse..

Mr. Kalaiselvan ..you could not understand the question....if you are Advocate you should know I can't give direct case referrence here and hence the same is not imaginary. The query is simple, if Internal Auditors of the Company were doing regular Internal Audit on yearly basis and the fraud which was going on could not be detected by Internal Auditors, whether legal action can be taken against them?
