Address proof for company registration

Sir 

I would like to register a pvt. ltd. company. What are the documents needed for address proof for a registered office. I want to use my home as registered office. My home is in name of my father, which means all utility bills are by his name. 

Kindly suggest what to do ?

U can use the address by taking a noc from ur father

You and your father may enter into Rent agreement for that purpore. After incorporation, the private limited company can enter into agreement with your father.
