Action of Admin is neither transparent nor justified.  The people in Admin are Lawyers.  What justified services they will be providing to their customers, can be imagine.  This is a big lacuna inour judicial system.

So, it is the need of circumstances that "THE ADVOCACY SHOULD BE ESTBLISHED UNDER PUBLIC SERVICE WITH ACCOUTABILITY AND RESPONSIBIITY.

NO?     If NO, so how to fix responsibility and accountability of Advocate for their sevices as paid by the people? 

LCI's mis-administration is also an example that Advocates (Learned the Law) also go up to any extent for their personal interest other than the justified action.

Please do not divert the task by personal commentary and please point out the facts.

Advocacy is not a Business so do not come under CONSUMER CASES.  Since many cases reported wherein the clients are cheated for money by misguidence either knowingly or due to inefficiency.  In other side loosing in court due to lac in service by the Advocate or due to their inefficiency why should not it be a case for compensation?

As shown on this site, the category "OTHERS" also included with subcategories "General Disussion" and "Jokes" too.  Members here are educated and well known to legal and illegal things.  So when they post topics in "General Discussion", why threads are being deleted without any jstification? The better way Admin. should post their objection and let the members opt for responsibilty.

What is objectionable as per our Constitution is that NO SUCH COMMUNAL MATERIAL BE POSTED HERE SINCE IT IS A SITE DECLARED AS THE "INTERACTIVE PLARFORM FOR LAWYER AND INDIAN PUBLIC". So, here are the members from all sections and so in case any specific commuity given partiality, IT HURTS THE PROCISIONS OF ARTICLE 51-A wherein our constitutional duties have been described.  Accordingly, the Admin should not allow here any such postings for propagation of religion, caste, region, language, race, class or gender etc.  Hence, Admin, please review all the postings on record and clean the site accordingly to maintain ideals of democratic equality.

It is certainly not the site for only and only discussing legal issues. For what is law? Is law bare bones? If one does not discuss larger probelmes of society, and brings out the issues, and  relate law to them, how it would have relevance in day to day'slife. You are asking very intelligent and valid questions indeed. 

And I wonder why these PMs by admin to you???? Where is Ram Samudre Ji? I find his account is deleted. Going by his previous posts I find there was nothing that he wrote which made him inelligible for this interactive site...
