dear experts
I filed a suit for injunction and notice served on the respondent and experts proceedings aganist the
respondent and posted for hearing
after one and half month but I filed a petition for advance the case and
court is directed to issue notice to the respondent.
when the case is set exparte is it necessary to issue notice to the exparte respondent.
kindly advice on this issue.
