I have purchased plot on emi in ahmedabad with a agreement on Rs.100,Now builder is not providing confirmation or date for registration of above plot .I am at Bangalore.
1) Please advise suitable notice to be issued or any orther legal option

If yes, you have still not purchased the property by a valid/registered sale deed.

no sir both are different plots .one plot has already registred but another is only sale agreement .
