Advice needed

no need to worry there can be no suit filed by person where there is no jural relationship between the landlord/landlady and the tenant..........

do furnish the full details to help u out more specifically

dear sir,

1)    our grand father purcased the property in 1972

2)   in 2011 the daughter of the person who sold the property to us,registered a realease deed using fake documents .

3) now she is sending eviction notices to my tenents using this.

please advice what shoud we do .
