Advicse

Kindly advice me. I am a member of CHS in Nallasopara (Dist Palghar).  I am selling my flat. The Buyer requires NOC as he has applied for home loan. I have cleared all charges like new registeration charges of Rs25000/- and whereas maintenace charges of the Scoeity. The society has now applied for conveyance and painting and civil work which will start after 6month for that the agreed amount is Rs35000/-  per flat which the members have to pay in part payment. Now the Society is holding on my NOC saying that I have to pay for this. I am the outgoing member already registration done with the buyer. This amount will be borne by the new buyer, but the society is insisting i should be. Can the society hold my NOC on this?

At the time of your period, all the dispute are arisen that is your duty to clear all the problem before dispose of the house and you can claim same amount from the buyer.
