Is there any Agency protection low?
We at DYER GROUP INTERNATIONAL, Vadodara (Gujarat) was appointed as Super Distributor of SABOO SODIUM CHLORO LTD in the month of March-2011 and company has published ad with our name in Divya Bhaskar on 23rd March and 2nd April in entire Gujarat and dump the material of Rs. 1,60,000 by taking our advance money of Rs. 2,00,000 from us.
We have due payment of Rs. 40,000 and now company has released another ad in local Gujarat Newspaper for searching another super distributor, which is unfair and illegal.
Can you guide more on this issue, whether we can protect our Agency and take any action?
