Agri. land purchased in 92 by kharedikhat.after getting sale permission in91;mentioned to inform gov. about transaction within one year; but we fell todo so.Meanwhile landlord has expiredOne side reg.[ ghoshanapatra }made in 2009.Landlord has wife 5 children not named on 7/12 still. Is possible to mae 7/12 on my name? If yes pl. explaine with law orjudgement.[2} My mothers father was farmer &my mothers brother are having farm still.I am having thair 7/12with thair name excluding my mothers name.But I have the certificate that she is adaghter & res. recd.by tahasildar.Is essencial the farmer certificate on my name?If yes pl. explaine how to get it.Thanks.
