Dear Sir,
My name is Zaheer Fathima.I am in Chennai ,taminadu with two year old son.I have left my
Husband home aroung 1.5 year back dated on February 22 2013 ,I was injuried very harldy.
I and my Husband did not contact up March 2014,Afther that He came with their jamath people
and request for living together.But refused ask for Six month time period to wait and agree to
pay maibntenece some money.I demand RS 8000,but have given only RS 5000.So that I returned
money to him on 10 th May 2014.
He informed to his Jamath and ask for whether I have to come for his home or ask for giving
divorce to him. At present I am post pone the date because I have six month
Now my position,What I should do for money to get from Him due to my son maintenece? Or after
divorce can I have rights to claim his mother,father and his assets.
I have some recordeed tapes from my husband with abusing words.(not giving money like that)
Please give me guid line.My husband was in Saudi Arabia,Purposely he visited india due to
Jamath pepetion on March 2014.Now he returned to Saudi.
I have only Jamath approved Chife Kazi Marriage certificate udder Kazi act 1880.
