Our builder has some flats left with him unsold, our association is yet to be registered.
Everybody paying maintenence charges, but builder not paying for the vacant (builders flat occupied on rent- maint paid) flats, citing being a builder , he is not liable to pay for vacant flats. this cause problem among residents as some of them have given their flat on rent, and when not occupied by tenants, say as builder not paying same rule shoul apply to us.
khata transfer has been done for all flats including builders unsold flat, then does the builder still have rights as a builder in our apartment or as a flat owner, pl advice. ( the said apartment is occupied by residents since last 4 years)
