Appeal

Dear Lawyer Friends,

I had filed a cheque bounce case u/s 138  and the Accused was convicted in the lower court.  The Accused filed an Appeal in the Sessions Court and the appeal was allowed acquitting the accused.

Now I like to make an appeal against the Sessions Court  Judgement Acquitting the Accused.  What  is the limitation period to file the appeal.

I am to understand that it is 90 days,  am I correct?

Thanks
