Appealing in high court

Dear all I bring this to ur knowledge that on May 29 District court dismissed my wife 125 CRPC giving reason of her working and earning handsomely and also mentioned the fact of her hiding the facts of her working .Now i came to know that she file application for revision of district court order after 150 days(i happen to see that in High Cort web site). In my knowledge revision period is 90 days.I also belive she was working regularly and attended her office during this period. My question is How her application admitted when 90 days is the revision period from the date of order. The case is in pending stage in high court  .what will happen in high court. what prepration shall i keep ready.I paid her interim maintenence as she hide the fact of her working in the court.which was eventually proved on records in the court. Please advise with your valuable suggetions.

check if the case was listed and wht were the orders passed ideally HC will issue notice to you and you will need to hire advocate and file reply. You will need to examine whats the point basis which she has appealed in HC and then proceed with your defence.
