Hi Experts,
I am in constant fight with my CHS Secretary.
Due to professional duty i may not be present always in mumbai.
In such cases, would a GPA in the name of my father,suffice for any issues realted to society or i need to specifically apply for Associate Membership to my father.
If yes, then i am sure the CHS MC wont allow my father as an associate member.
Can i apply to resgistrar directly.how much time would the process take.
Kindly guide me.

Let us cross the bridge when we come to it. First apply to CHS for enrolling your father as an Associate Member. If Secretary does not reply, as is likely the case, simply go to the Consumer Court.

Shri Anil Agarwal has suggested the right approach. Do not assume an objection. Once you submit the application and take a due acknowledgement. In the event of refusal take it up.
