If a company say A has filed an application through u on 1/5/2005. On 16/06/2005 the company A assigns the right of invention to another company B also wants to persue patent application through u.What will be the formalities to be done to record the abovesaid change in the patent office? How to draft a power of authority on behalf of company B in your favour ?

1) Assaignment of right from company A to B
2)Power of Attorney in your favour from company B

Form 6 [Claims or request regarding any change in applicant for patent] is applicable for change in applicant for a patent by virtue of a written assignment or agreement from the applicant or by operation of law. Fees: Rs. 2000 for other than natural person (here, company).
