I brought a property at ongole 3 years back costing 30L. Two days back some persons from a local chit company came to our property and said that it is under court attachment and we are going to auction it. Then i approached a local lawyer and he on checking with court records found that the attachment was brought after being sold to me and he said that it is not valid and we can fight in court. But he said that to file a case in court it costs 1.50 lacs.
Is it true that it really costs that much to file in court?
Can one tell me exactly how much it costs?
