Attending of agm in case assosiate member who is a committee member is absent

Dear Members,

I am a owner of a house in a society in Mumbai. I have made my wife Assosiate Member for contesting the election. She won the election and now become Managing Committee member. I signed Appendix -10A (under the bye law no. 117(d) which prevents me from attending the AGM till my wife who is an Assosiate member and now M/C member is in term.

Now due to her health issue, she is unable to attend the AGM. In such a case Can I attend the AGM as member of the CHS
