Dear Sir,
Who is responsible (and at what propertion) to make the payment of cess,in case the contractor has engaged a sub contractor. Registration is taken by the Sub-Contractor. If contractor has to pay the cess, then how he will get registration under his name, as the job is already over more than 11 months.
