Buildings constructed in the land and the disputes arises.

I had purchased a property from the power agent of vendor before 16 years.

Now the Vendor cancelled the power and he sold the same property to some one else.

Before the power was cancelled, i had constructed houses worth 25 lakhs.

 

Now, in this situation suppose if i loose the case in the worst condition. 

can i claim the worth of the constructed house.

There is no question of losing your case. If GPA wa holding registered power of attorney which was duly accepted by regitrar while registering the sale and it has been cancelled now so it do not affect your rights. You can go to civil court and can get permanen injunction.

if power of attorney registered before the registrar and the registrar duly accepted the GPA and the sale was made after that then your right shall not be affected. If the vendor sell the property to anybody then U can move to file a suit before the civil court of your area to get permanent injuction.
