Bus Insured for 30,000/- with 30 seats but not for hire or reward.

A Bus was insured with Rs.30.000/- premium with a seating capacity of 30 seats. But the insurance policy stipulates with a limitation that the Bus with 30 seats can not be used for hire or reward but for owners own pleasure, domestic and insured's business.So what should the owner do to utilized this bus with a seating capacity of 30 seats?

Insurance Premium of Rs.30,000/- is under Chapter X & XI of the MVA of 1988. The owner is asking me what kind of business he can do with 30 seated bus, without hire or reward as stipulated in the limitation as to its use? Plesae help.

For What purpose the bus is registered with RTA. The Insurance company do not settle the claim if bus is being utilised against the type of registration granted.
