Hi,
I am staying in abroad on job. I want to buy a property in bangalore (under panchat).
I cannot go to bangalore for registration. Can i give a GPA to my father-in-law to buy property on my name.
What is the proceess of giving GPA for me. Is there any complication in this matter in future like getting a loan or selling to somebody etc.
Please guide me in this.
