I have an OLD 7/12 showing my name with other relatives and trying to buy agri land in my name in Raigad district, Maharashtra.
Do I need to obtain new 7/12 ? how long is it valid to buy land?
Do I also need Shetkari Asalyacha Dakhla if I have 7/12 showing my name? Since when this is introduced as a requirement?
Any other docs I will need to buy Agri. Land?
Where will I find Zonal info for the said land to check it's not in green zone / no devlopment zone etc?
What is the legal act that governs Agri Land buying / selling? Any law book you can recommend?
