Hi People,

I lost job my job in DXB ,I came back to India, after a year latter i started getting calls from recovering agents from India, I contacted the bank directly my O/S was 18,000 AED, out which I paid around 8670 AED , I was not able to pay the remaining as I was not having job , then I contacted the bank once again so they asked me pay 9500 AED , so I told them that I can pay only 6000 AED , after which they did not get back , just few days back i started getting the calls, I told the agent that i will talk to the banks,so i have contacted the banks and aked them for SOA from 2010 till date, they have not replied. I would like to know how can get the NOC from the Banks so that I can enter back to UAE

I know that we cannot send money from India to UAE due to the restrictions from RBI

Appreciate if experts can guide me on this.

You took loan, you have to repay with interest to get NOC from Bank. You cannot run away like a cheat, it does not matter if you lost the job. Even one day Vijay Mallya will also face the music.

@ Author

It would be difficult for you to enter the UAE . If you are a defaulter than everything in the UAE is linked to the system . Hence when your sponser goes to apply for a Visa it will show up in the system and the visa would be rejected .Better look for other places like Qatar , Bharain saudi Arabia etc for a Job .These places were not linked to the system earlier but as of date i am not aware . But if your sponser is strong than he would be in a position to get your visa for Dubai  .

As you have worked in the UAE you would be having some freinds where in you can ask them to deposit the amount of 9500 AED with the bank and get a NOC . The same amount you can transmit into your freinds account . Alternatively when the agent was contacting you stated that you would get in touch with the bank .Than you should have asked the bank how to carry out the transcation .

For Eg : If you have a vehicle in the UAE and you have some fines like breaking the red light and you are at the immigration counter it reflects over there and you are first asked to clear the fine and than you can exit from the country .

Hi !

Banks in UAE have started executing judgements in India and specially in Kerala. I would advise you to get in touch with a lawyer and seek a negotiation from bank and close this chapter. These liablities will keep bothering you for life as one after one  every third party agent will call you.

Thanks

Menon
