Hello, my name is Sachin , i have a land in Pune, which is a mahar watan land, and i want to sell it, so can i sell the land to other caste person, if yes then what are the procedures to be taken into account.. And suppose that if i'm selling it at 10lakhs an acre, what will be the deductions in that amount during transfer..? plz help.
