dont go for a litigation unless u are sure about the type of document that u have executed..

waht are the contents of the necessary docuements submitted by three of you to the society  for consent transfer of loan - is it the Loan is regualrised / transferred  in the name of  your father /or/  you have filed  declaration that your father to  be recorded as absolute owner in the Society Registers and he shall pay the blance loan installmetns - these points with referecne to the contents of the necessary documents  submitted by you to the society  shall be verified by yourself/ and/ if necessary get it  verified by any local senior advocate /to have a clear picture on your claim
