A registered Hak Tyag Deed was done in favor of Mother, have no brother after demise of father by four married daughters just to make single management of property by their mother. In return their mother make will in favor of these four daughters after few weeks. But the four daughters want to cancel the Hak Tyag to avoid any risk factors by the brother of his father.
