Dear expertise ,
I am seeking for help , me and my wife got married 4 months back and after 2 months she went back to her place for a normal visit , later on realized she sent me a lettter from court for Maintenance under Section 125. she is qualified engineer and was working for a reputed company before marriege , most of the lligations written on that letter are false which I have got writen proofs with me .. Under wat situation court orders for maintenance ?? she is qualified , she was getting a good salary for which i have got proof . they are pressuing us with threats too .. I have already sent the Section 9 to her as i have no problems with her ..
