Wife is cheating the husband.
As a recent example, wife received 4 pairs of dresses which costs around 15000 Rs from so called friend (boy) and informed to husband that her college friend (girl) sent these dresses. But huband luckily got evidence that her boy friend sent those dresses.
Based on this evidence can husband file any case against wife?

If the husband has NOT lost all trust and love with his wife, he should talk to her openly and try to settle the issue.
If the husband has lost all his trust, he should patiently monitor and get more evidences.
Evidences can be documentory, audio call, video recording of the wife that clearly proves beyond doubt that wife is really cheating on the husband.
It is very difficult to convince Judges about the adultery unless concrete evidences are placed.
A solid proof that establishes any extramarital physical relationship of the wife will get the husband divorce from the wife.
Remember. Our great legal system will punish a husband for adultery but there is no law to punish a wife.
