cheque

Mother has account. Son doing business and obtained loan from one "X" for a sum of Rs 20 Lakhs. "X have no proof that "X" doing business.

Based on the Cheque " X gave money and till date not realised.

Now X found that mother had no knowledge of cheque issued by son.

What is the remedy now for X?

X has to make out a case that to clear the debt of his son issued a cheque.
