I have 2 Blank cheques given to me by my friend last 4 years back in an oral agreement saying he will return my money taken from me( 1,00,000). Since he is not interested to pay back and he is also not paying any interest on that money since last year.
I want my money back now. What should i do? Please let me know.
Can i fill date on cheques and deposit in bank? please suggest

It is of no use post 2012 any cheques which are not CTS 2010 compliant , those cheques will be rejected.

He given me only those cheques.
